Our holistic approach of client-consultant matching uses an intersectional lens to find the right expert or team from our 60+ active network. We recommend reaching out to us at least 1 month before you’d like to begin working with a consultant. Assessing your needs and matching you takes time.
Our process begins with:
1. An initial 45-60 minute intake call where we discuss your needs and get to know your organization in depth
2. An assessment of the details discussed during the intake and checking in with potential consultants for capacity and availability
3. A intro conversation between the client and potential consultant
And lastly
4. Development of a customized scope of work that outlines project phases and deliverables
