I graduated from the University of Miami Law School cum laude
in 1989. I have been a practicing trial lawyer for the past 21 years. I started my career as an Assistant State Attorney working for Janet Reno in the Miami-Dade County State Attorneyโs Office where I prosecuted everything from DUIs to Traffic Homicide, Armed Robbery and Murder cases. I have had extensive experience in the DUI Traffic Homicide Division where we worked on many cases involving traffic crash analysis and accident reconstruction. As an assistant state attorney and legal intern before that, I tried over 47 jury trials before I went into private practice in 1991.
Since that date, I have dedicated my career to exclusively handling personal injury cases. I spent 1991 through 1997 working with other law firms handling Jury Trials and Settlements of major personal injury claims. Then, in 1998 I opened my own practice.
