Few could have imagined that a small business born in a workshop of just 40 square metres, where only two people worked would soon become one of the most important Italian businesses on the segment. Specialising in the production of whole and ground mullet and tuna roe, Rocca la bottarga is a business characterised by a good corporate spirit combined with a great ability to look beyond. Over the years, our products has reached important places on the Italian and international markets. It has been of fundamental importance to optimise internal processes to meet the demands. INIZIATA QUASI UN SECOLO FA, QUANDO LA FAMIGLIA ROCCA COMINCIA A PRODURRE LE PRIME BOTTARGHE DI MUGGINE, PRESSO LO STAGNO DI SANTA GILLA DI CAGLIARI. In pochi avrebbero potuto immaginare che una piccola attività nata in un laboratorio di appena 40 mq, dove lavoravano soltanto due persone, sarebbe presto diventata una delle più importanti realtà imprenditoriali italiana del settore. Specializzati nella produzione di bottarga di muggine e tonno intera e macinata, Rocca la bottarga è una realtà caratterizzata da un sano spirito imprenditoriale unito ad una grande capacità di guardare oltre. La nostra bottarga negli anni ha conquistato posizioni importanti sul mercato italiano ed estero. E’ stato di fondamentale importanza ottimizzare i processi interni per soddisfare le richieste.
