A long journey of study, respect and innovation led us to specialize in the production of Mullet Bottarga, Sea Urchin Pulp and Cuttlefish Ink. From the beginning, the goal we have set ourselves has been to guarantee continuous improvement and the highest quality standard, preserving the flavor of the sea without using preservatives. Today, we pursue the culture of quality by carefully implementing our manufacturing processes, compliant with grade AA of the BRC GLOBAL STANDARD FOOD, at Higher Level for the IFS food standard and Kosher certified. We have taken the techniques and secrets from the centuries-old culture of Sardinia to bring you a wonderful product, steeped in significance. Every day, research and dedication are poured into recounting the essence of the island’s food and wine tradition, beyond its borders.
