RocketBeats is a small but ambitious yoga company, dedicated to challenging traditional practices and approaches in the yoga world. Developed in East London by the teaching duo Imi Wiseman and Alan Ellman, the RocketBeats style of yoga is a modern, dynamic methodology which encourages practitioners to challenge themselves, develop strength as well as flexibility, and have fun along the way. With a growing community of teachers and practitioners, RocketBeats can be found in studios across London, Europe and beyond. And we host teacher trainings, retreats, immersives, and workshops around the world.
