Rocketbelly

Rocketbelly is a space and cat themed restaurant founded by (now) 11 year old Olivia Huynh. Rocketbelly serves up Rocket Chicken, chicken nuggets and tender platters with a special dip called Rocket Sauce. The restaurant makes many dishes, sauces, and glazes from scratch and serves up unique dishes at non-gourmet prices. Rocketbelly is also Texas' first self-serve bubble tea bar featuring drinks made with real extracts, fruit syrups, organic sugars, and more. Our tapioca/boba pearls are served warm and infused with brown sugar and wildflower honey. The topping bar also features over 27 mix and match toppings. Rocketbelly also serves up unique cakes, cookies, and other desserts.
