And knowing that a freelance project is set to start as soon as the right candidates are sourced adds additional pressure to act quickly. That is where we come in. We have the candidates already vetted and sourced, and we manage the budget, fee and payment through our company. Here are some reasons why we are unique: -We represent a community of freelancers, so we work closely with the agency, as well as the freelancers, to find the right fit. -We do not use a commission-based model. We manage the fees and payment directly with the talent, so it limits the amount of onboarding and paperwork for an agency. There are no fees to the agency. -Having over 20 years experience working at agencies, in-house marketing teams and content studios, we know better than anyone the inner workings of the agencies, including what scoping for projects involves. - We can assemble entire teams, based on the project, since our network of freelancers includes almost every discipline an agency or in-house team might need.
