Mindfulness is a way of being. It is an ancient practice taught by the Buddha to lead to awakening.

I facilitate 8 week 'Mindfulness for Life' courses accredited with BAMBA (British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches), as well as both face to face and virtual retreats.
I coach people who wish all of the above in mindful practices - both 121 and small groups.
I am a qualified mentor, having attended the inaugural Cloud Sangha Mindful Mentoring Training Programme. I mentor groups of mindfulness practitioners who wish to have a sangha (community) in which they can deepen their practice. I hold the space and enable the wisdom in the room to emerge.
