Rolling Meadows High School is recognized as one of the top high schools in the country by U.S. News and World Report, The Washington Post, and is designated as a "Blue Ribbon School," by the U.S. Department of Education. Rolling Meadows High School is a public four-year high school that opened in 1971, and serves the villages of Arlington Heights, Mt. Prospect, and Rolling Meadows. Rolling Meadows is one of six schools in Township High School District 214, including Buffalo Grove, Elk Grove, John Hersey, Prospect, and Wheeling High Schools. Rolling Meadows is proud to be a member of District 214. Our collective mission and vision include the offering of a comprehensive curriculum to support student learning and the ability to demonstrate the academic and life skills of analytic capabilities, ethical judgment and decision-making, problem solving, career and life planning, technological literacy, as well as concern, understanding, and respect in our culturally diverse schools.
