Rolluda Architects, Inc. (RAI), established in 2002 by Alex Rolluda, provides architecture, interior design and planning services to both private and public sector clients. RAI specializes in the design of multifamily and residential projects, mixed-use developments, educational facilities, student housing, community buildings, municipal and government buildings, office buildings, and industrial/manufacturing projects. Located in the historic Pioneer Square neighborhood of Seattle, Rolluda Architects is composed of 30 dedicated design professionals committed to providing our clients with the highest quality of service, always striving to exceed their expectations.
