Roman Kings is moving forward as part of a new Initial Public Offering (IPO) under Kingwest Resources Limited.
Kingwest intends to list on the ASX following completion of a capital raising of $5M.
Peloton Capital has been engaged as lead manager for the raise, with Director Nicholas Downes acting as the primary advisor for this endeavour. Peloton has successfully raised capital for a number of resource companies, of most recent note being the IPOs of Galena Mining (G1A) and Eagle Mountain Mining (EM2).
