The other element of the solution is TeamFix, an application hosted by Romex . TeamFix collects and processes the information from all of the devices running MyFix and provides end-users with enquiries, reports and alerts over the Internet. Because TeamFix is a SaaS application there is no software that customers have to install or maintain at the office and users can access TeamFix anywhere - at the office, at home or out on the road.
