Carúpano Distillery located in the Hacienda Altamira, in the Macarapana Valley, represents the paradigm of the 260 years’ history of Ron Carúpano, since it is precisely in that property founded in 1762, where for the first time in Venezuela it is experienced the aging process of sugarcane spirits in oak barrels imported from Spain that originally contained wine.
Today, Carúpano Distillery is a pioneer in the production of aged rums and other beverages that incorporate superior cane alcohol, the purest water from our own fertile springs, the wood from American white oak barrels, the mastery of the first certified female Master Blender in the country and the geographic location of our plant; guarantee our singular quality and excellence.
