Through a dynamic exchange between the client and the consultant, Root Consulting helps identify unwanted behavioral patterns, barriers and recurring snags in communication, problem-solving and personal effectiveness. Through team workshops or individual coaching, clients develop plans, with attainable and achievable goals, for implementing change. Using the Enneagram and other psychometric tools, Root Consulting works with teams and individuals to identify blindspots, overcome obstacles and stop unproductive communication to improve effectiveness and build stronger relationships. Teams can opt for a customized single-day workshop or recurring monthly sessions. Individual clients can engage with a consultant through a 3-, 6-, or 9-session package or a multi-month retainer. Sessions are scheduled at the convenience of the client and can be conducted in person or via Zoom.
