Both projects are underway and involve converting the existing structures into mixed-use properties with ground floor restaurant/retail spaces and multi-family units on the upper floors. In total, the redevelopment of these building will bring approximately 150 much-needed units of housing to Downtown Tulsa. The Adams Building is planned as workforce housing, while the Reunion Building will be market-rate housing.
