To date, Tulsa Property Group has completed over 70,000 square feet of residential development and currently has over 200,000 square feet of mixed use and residential real estate in the development pipeline. Our development team works shoulder to shoulder with exceptional designers and contractors to build and deliver assets that add significant value to the communities in which they are constructed. Tulsa Property Group invests its own capital alongside our relationships with high net worth and family office investors. Originally established in 1998, the property management division of Tulsa Property Group has experienced continual growth. We currently manage a portfolio of single family, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in the greater Tulsa area with a value in excess of $80mm. Our asset and property management divisions offer a full range of services to investors and property owners and can assist with the acquisition of additional investment properties, leasing, marketing, repositioning, management, and maintenance.
