Roses From Bones

Roses From Bones is an indie-folk singer-songwriter project by Christopher J. Fritz. Fritz is a writer, podcaster, musician, and entrepreneur with a passion for philosophy, psychology, storytelling, and personal growth. He's also a multi-instrumentalist with experience performing vocals, guitar, drums, and saxophone. He started on his path as a musician and creator in Tampa, Florida in 2019 by playing covers on a beat up red Ibanez acoustic at local open mics and on downtown sidewalks for cheap beer and spare change. He writes songs based on history, archetypal experiences, and his own life. His inspirations include Jack White (The White Stripes), Jökull Júlíusson (KALEO), Dallas Green (City and Colour), Alejandro Rose-Garcia (Shakey Graves), and Chad Gardner (Kings Kaleidoscope). In 2024, Fritz will relocate from Central Florida to Austin, Texas, where he hopes to one day meet some of his musical heroes.
