Roth Bar & Grill combines gastronomy with contemporary art. It is a vibrant, informal and convivial eating-place, serving honest, simple and seasonal food. Working closely with local farmers, gamekeepers and gardeners, the team use ethical British produce with a focus on sustainability. All the beef and lamb on the menu comes from Durslade Farm, which surrounds Roth Bar & Grill, and vegetables and herbs come from the neighbouring Walled Garden. The interior combines an open kitchen with a wood-fired grill and spit, while the walls are adorned with an intimate, highly personal, salon-style array of art that intertwine the themes of food, animals and the countryside. Roth Bar & Grill is also committed to connecting guests with the farm, restaurant and gallery activity through a diverse programme of events.
