Women’s sports are the fastest growing sector in the sports industry and boast some of the most avid and committed fans. Despite passionate fans, and a recent increase in game coverage, it’s impossible to watch a women’s game outside of your living room. Women's sports are rarely, if ever, shown on screens at restaurants or bars—if they are, they're relegated to the smallest display and never carry sound. Rough & Tumble is changing that status quo. Located in the heart of Ballard and opening its doors on Friday, Dec. 9, Rough & Tumble will prioritize women's sports across its screens, leveling the playing field one pub at a time.
