Rowan Orchid Architects was founded in 2008 in London by Lars Christian Schneider. ROA work on a range of different types of projects, from single family houses and interior design to conceptual schemes for large-scale regeneration areas, to product design, 3D modeling and visualisations. Timeless designs are not bound by one style only. We enjoy exploring the great styles of the past and the exciting opportunities carrying a contemporary signature. Our projects show our versatility: classic modernism and elegant decorative features are equal parts of our repertoire. Meticulous attention to the concept and simplicity of details is at the core of our time spent when developing projects. We are committed to collaborative working. Experience shows that this leads to greater excellence in design. Whilst we aim to create great spaces of calmness and elegance to the clients’ brief and budget, we always keep an eye on functionality, methodology of construction and cost-effectiveness. The use of a sophisticated parametric (3D) software allows working in virtual building models and general achievement of BIM level 2 standards, and assists with clash detection, scheduling and cost control. We provide complete services, from initial design concept through detailed design to technical drawings, construction and completion. Our projects are always developed with a well-established design team of consultants, and a range of experienced contractors suitable for each individual project.
