The Royal Circle Group (“RCG”) is a national commercial real estate investment firm with a current focus on value-add or opportunistic multifamily investments. We source and vet high-quality, cash-flowing real estate that we will be able to stabilize in 12 - 24 months. RCG targets assets with more than 12 units located in the sunbelt region and select northeast submarkets. Our process stems from adding value through operational inefficiencies, physical improvements, and property rebranding. We then work with third party “boots-on-the-ground” property management to stabilize the asset in 12-24 months, and ultimately market for sale and divest within 36 - 60 months.
