Before deciding whether to invest in a property, each qualified investor receives a packet containing the full analysis performed by our team – financial models, market research, and the nitty-gritty due diligence. Because we always believe in the deals we do, management has a significant stake in every deal – never less than 25%. We target misunderstood assets in attractive markets poised for growth. Our goal in every transaction is to mitigate risk and maximize returns. Target assets include properties suffering from neglect, capital-constrained owners, or poor property management. By selecting assets in markets with attractive supply-demand fundamentals and pursuing value-add strategies, our investments are able to thrive through shifting market cycles and provide consistent cash returns to investors.
