Rural Technology & Development Centre (RTDC) is a voluntary action group that was established in 1988 and operates in the Kangra District of Himachal Pradesh, India. RTDC has been at the forefront of promoting Equity-based Mountain-specific People-centered Development for the past 30 years, with a focus on sustainability and inclusiveness.
