Working from our offices in Crieff, Inverurie and Hexham, RTS Forestry provides professional forest management and contracting services. We have a team of skilled foresters with a wide range of experience in woodland related projects. Our clients range from private landowners to large corporates, local authorities and government agencies. We also operate a successful and growing biomass division. We undertake all aspects of woodland management from the design and establishment of woodlands through their management to the successful harvesting and marketing of the forest crop. RTS Forestry are responsible for the Forest Management on a significant number of high profile Estates across Scotland. RTS Forestry annually harvests and markets timber to a wide range of customers including all the major roundwood processing facilities in Scotland. Maintaining contractual independence allows RTS Forestry the opportunity to market our clients timber to the maximum advantage through a wide range of harvesting and marketing models, designed to suit individual circumstances. RTS works with a dedicated and skilled contractor base to ensure that the highest standard of work is delivered. RTS are leaders in the integration of renewable energy and grid projects with forestry, with well over 100 sites undertaken alone. RTS Woodfuel is one of the original and largest woodchip suppliers in Scotland. We have been creating and supplying high quality conditioned woodchips and continually invest in new processing equipment, delivery vehicles and drying facilities. RTS Forestry has the ability to control every aspect of the supply chain from the planting of the tree, right through up to delivery into boilers as conditioned woodchips.
