After practicing law for three decades, Marty Rutberg founded Rutberg Personal Injury Law in 1999. Started in Poughkeepsie, the firm was quickly recognized as an established and well-respected member of the legal and business communities. In 2014, the firm's talented senior associate, Larry Breslow, joined Marty in ownership and leadership as the firm came to be known as Rutberg Breslow Personal Injury Law. Although the firm has expanded into other parts of New York, with offices in Monticello, Utica, Middletown and Albany, our dedication to personal injury law has not changed.
