River Valley Regtech invests in, creates and administers financial and regulatory technologies for the Canadian financial marketplace. Our DropLoss product (droploss.ca) administers an online system that gives Canadian Investors the ability to take control over when they crystallize losses in private market (non-reporting) investments. Our RVRT-CPM product (currently in Beta) administers compliance and risk-based management systems for Canadian investment industry firms with the use of AI and a focus on efficient report generation and oversight tracking.
