About The Men's Coach

In 2019 the most successful man I knew took his own life. He left behind a devastated family, two children and a distraught mother. I knew that if it could happen to him, it could definitely happen to me. And so I dedicated time to learning all I could about men's mental health, physical health and life expectancy. As I learned the science of men's health, I could see why men suffer from higher rates of suicide than women, have a shorter life expectancy and why many live with a daily sense of meaninglessness. But knowledge alone is not a solution and so I used the science of men's health to create a framework to help men to get clarity on what is out of balance in their life, create strategies to find purpose and learn tactics that make positive change easier to achieve. I originally began coaching with the intention of helping other men to understand their own mental health in more detail, but even men who didn’t feel down also found that they were happier, healthier and achieved more by using the same strategies. I've now coached men from diverse backgrounds - from soldiers to CEOs, TV personalities to police officers - and many of them achieved more balance, clarity and purpose as soon as they applied this framework. Whether you are a man or whether you care about the men in your life, my goal in 2023 is to give you the tools you need so neither you nor the men you care about become another statistic.
