During the Covid-19 crisis, David Woollcott reached out to those who had been made redundant from within his industry. He provided 20 minute sessions to ask questions, listen and provide support. These 'sessions' are free of charge and are conducted confidentially. He offered his LinkedIn network and others to contact him to make an appointment. Following great feedback and support from colleagues and friends, he decided to keep going and still offer 3 x 20 minutes sessions per week and ask friends and contacts from other sectors to join in, with their own perspectives. This idea has now expanded and he has joined by 30 executives and leaders from banking, marketing, retail, construction, live entertainment, buying, automotive and legal who are also offering up 6 free 20 minutes sessions each and every week. We believe that experienced, contextual, peer support and advice is incredibly important to help those who have recently been made redundant to SaddleUp!, re-evaluate and push on.
