Safer Development & Management

Safer Development & Management Corp. was established by Albert Safer in 1982. We develop and manage commercial rental properties primarily in the Bergen, Hudson, and Essex counties in New Jersey, with easy access to major highways and convenient to Manhattan and the entire New York metropolitan area. The Company manages in excess of 2 million square feet of space, allowing us to achieve economies of scale as a means of saving operating costs for our tenants. The rental units range from 5,000 to more than 100,000 square feet, offering great flexibility to our tenants within each site or among the various properties. Our staff at Safer Development & Management includes professional engineers and property managers with well over 100 years of combined experience in commercial real estate. Hands-on management style and interest in working closely with tenants has proven to be beneficial to all parties.
