SAFETY SKILL DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION

The establishment of the safety Skill Development Foundation (SSDF) as a “Not for Profit” organization under section 8 of company act 2013 and recognition as an Awarding Body under National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET), Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India, emerged from a vision to create an institution to cultivate a culture of safety consciousness, empowering individuals through training & certification with the skills necessary to mitigate risks and respond adeptly to emergencies by developing industry based National Occupational Standards (NOS), Training Delivery Systems, Assessment & Certification in line with National Skill Qualification Framework (NSQF) and with New Education Policy of Government of India. With a firm belief in the transformative power of education, the SSDF will serve as a beacon for promoting safety awareness and proficiency in diverse settings, ranging from workplaces to communities. The SSDF shall be offering a spectrum of training programs tailored to the specific needs of different sectors, and approved by NCVET the SSDF seeks to ease the access to high-quality safety education and create the employment opportunities for Indian youths and re-skilling and up-skilling opportunities for working professional. The SSDF with a strong team of experienced and quailed personnel, well establishes processes, strong team of training providers & assessment agencies, will be distinguished by its innovative approach, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and instructional methodologies to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences. Through partnerships with industry experts, academic institutions, and governmental agencies, the SSDF will harness collective expertise to continually enhance its curriculum and resources.
