My team is accepting new clients in 2023! We are glad to see you are considering your mental health needs. We will work together to learn a variety of skills that will help you move forward such as identifying faulty thinking, managing emotions, mindfulness techniques, exploring trauma, improving relationships. We believe in working closely with our clients to help them develop awareness, understanding and positive change to forge resiliency. Therapy is a process that starts with recognizing that it would be beneficial to have support. Once you are ready to make your mental health a priority we will guide you every step of the way.
