A Secretaria Executiva de Articulação Internacional e Projetos Estratégicos (SAI) responde pelas relações paradiplomáticas do Estado de Santa Catarina. A SAI SC conduz o relacionamento do Poder Executivo estadual com autoridades e organizações de países estrangeiros, coordena o estabelecimento de protocolos e convênios internacionais, a agenda internacional de missões e recepções e mantém relacionamento com o Corpo Consular. Em Atração de Investimentos e Comércio Exterior, a SAI apoia e executa ações para atrair investidores estrangeiros, na promoção de negócios com outros países e no estímulo às exportações. Em parceria com outras secretarias e entidades, a SAI participa de grandes conquistas catarinenses na área internacional. A abertura de mercados asiáticos para a carne suína, o processo de atração da BMW, as certificações internacionais de zona livre de febre aftosa sem vacinação e zona livre de peste suína são algumas delas. *** The Executive Secretariat of Foreign Affairs and Strategic Projects (SAI) is responsible for paradiplomatic relations in the State of Santa Catarina. SAI SC manages the state executive branch's relationship with authorities and organizations from foreign countries, as well as coordinating the establishment of international protocols and agreements, taking charge of the international agenda for missions and receptions for international authorities, and maintaining relations with the Consular Board. In the areas of Investment Attraction and Foreign Trade, SAI supports and implements actions to attract foreign investors, promotes business with other countries, and stimulates exports. In partnership with other state secretariats and entities, SAI continually participates in major international achievements for Santa Catarina. The opening of Asian markets for pork, the process of attracting BMW, and the international certifications of a foot-and-mouth disease-free zone without vaccination and a swine fever-free zone are some of them.
