One-on-one Salesforce implementation and administration assistance, specializing in small to medium-sized teams that: • Are new to Salesforce and need help from scratch • Jumped in head first, started development but haven’t been able to implement • Rolled-out half-baked systems and need help getting back on track My approach is very hands-on, assisting clients with all phases, not just development. This includes the time-consuming hurdles smaller teams have little time for: planning, process development, defining business requirements, project management, creating documentation, creating a communication strategy and following it, defining methods to ensure user adoption, training and support, etc. Each of these areas alone is enough to keep someone up at night. Bringing me in as a dedicated resource will dramatically improve this entire process, speed it up and lead to a more successful implementation.
