South Asian Leaders Unite to Empower (SALUTE) is a private, professional network dedicated to creating impactful connections between South Asian women. Our mission is to build an empowered community of South Asian women focused on unity, progress, and change.
Asian American women, including those of South Asian descent, make up less than 1% of promotions from senior vice president to C-suite roles, as reported by McKinsey & Co.More than just a network, SALUTE represents a movement towards a future where South Asian women's leadership is normalized and valued.
