Sandee Road Ventures (SRV) is a real estate investment and development firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina, focused on expanding access to affordable, sustainable, and inclusive housing. Through a blend of private capital and cross-sector partnerships, we invest in multifamily communities that create lasting impact for residents and neighborhoods. We own and operate a growing portfolio of affordable and workforce housing across the Carolinas, and manage our assets through our in-house property management company, SRV Residential.
