J&S Realty LLC, founded in 2020 by Scott Regan and Jeremy Knap, is a private real estate investment firm focused on acquiring value-add, multifamily investment opportunities in the workforce and affordable housing space in the Southeast United States. J&S brings their deep connections in the debt and capital markets to raise funding to acquire investments where operations and quality of life issues can be optimized, while generating returns through the repositioning of its investments. The current J&S portfolio of owned and operated assets consists of 437 units across 8 properties. The J&S goal is to expand its portfolio to 2,000 units through acquiring additional institutional quality investments in the Southeast United States in the class B and C multifamily arena. J&S’s main target markets are Charleston, SC, Greenville, SC, Columbia, SC, Charlotte, NC, and other localities that fit within its business model.
