Sandhya Maarga Wellness Centre

The Sandhya Maarga Wellness Centre was launched in Malaysia back in 2013, promoting traditional practices of Yoga (the system taught in all Sandhya Maarga centres are known as "Sandhya Maarga Yoga"). The instructors are properly trained with in-depth knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology so that they can apply the Art of Yoga in the healing arts to alleviate certain physical and mental conditions. There are several courses under the Sandhya Maarga Yoga system that are unique: - AcuYogaPressure - Abhyangam Yoga - Dancing with Yoga, and more... The key value held by staff at all Sandhya Maarga Wellness Centres is the passion to introduce the concepts of holistic wellness and balanced living to everyone out there. International health & wellness conferences and workshops are conducted from time-to-time in a drive to achieve this goal. An initiative under the Sandhya Maarga Holistic Living Academy, everyone at the Sandhya Maarga Wellness Centre also participates in organising the popular annual International Conference & Exhibition of Holistic Wellness (ICEHW), which aims to educate participants on Traditional & Complementary Therapy practices.
