Our Story: Sands Decker Ltd. was formed in 1998 and joined CPS Consulting Group in 2007 to become Sands Decker CPS, LLC. In 2008, Mark W. Antonetz, P.E. joined the firm and provides additional expertise in commercial site development. In 2018, the company was re-branded as "Sands Decker" with a fresh logo and colors that better reflect our mission and values.
