35 years of experience in Civil Engineering, Site Development, Water, Wastewater, Stormwater management; founded Sands Decker Ltd. in 1998 with partner Glenn Decker and then joined forces with CPS Consulting Group in 2007 to become Sands Decker CPS; Project highlights include a large project for Rock Hill Schools in Lawrence County which is still the single largest site development project in the State of Ohio for a K-12 school; in 2006-08 we were the Civil Engineers for the Hocking College Student Housing project in Nelsonville, a 16 million dollar 400 bed student dormitory on a site riddled with underground coal mines; The Ohio 4H Center at The Ohio State University marked my first LEED certified building project; completed another LEED building which is the Hocking College Alternative Energy Institute believed to be the first LEED platinum building in Ohio; we have completed about 160 K-12 school building projects in Ohio; completed design of the Genesis Bethesda Hospital expansion in Zanesville, Ohio and Genesis Coshocton Medical Center opening late 2022, and the Sycamore Ohio Water Treatment Facility; Also opening in 2022 is the new Hocking Hills State Park Lodge with 80 guest rooms, dining lodge, and indoor and outdoor swimming pools.Specialties: College and University projects, K-12 School projects; Health care projects, commercial site development
