SANKOFA BLA

Sankofa Bla is a youth-led storytelling initiative I founded to spotlight inspiring Ivorian women, entrepreneurs, artists, and community leaders through short video portraits. The project blends documentary filmmaking, social impact, and cultural celebration, giving voice to underrecognized changemakers. - Directed and produced interviews featuring local entrepreneurs, artists, and social leaders; - Combines video production and cultural pride to empower youth and celebrate African women; - Aims to inspire future generations through representation, storytelling, and direct community impact. Raised funds through sponsorships to support community actions: - Donated Christmas gifts to 20 children in hospitals - Paid for school supplies for 30 orphans in a convent.
