Sarrani is a construction firm specialising in property repairs, refurbishments and alterations with a particular focus on insurance restoration and reinstatement work. Our experienced team of surveyors and project managers plan, manage and coordinate all the resources required to complete our clients' building projects to the high-quality they expect with the least possible stress. Every project presents its own challenges, particularly when related to an insurance claim, but we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service to ensure that these challenges are kept to a minimum. All the tradesmen we work with are fully vetted to confirm they have the required experience, skills and insurance for the work they undertake. We also perform regular site audits and quality checks to confirm that the work is being carried out correctly and the tradesmen are maintaining the standards we demand. On most of the work we carry out, we act as the Principal Contractor in accordance with the Construction, Design & Management Regulations 2015. As such, we take our health and safety responsibilities seriously and this is demonstrated by the fact that we are a CHAS Accredited Contractor. All the work carried out under our supervision comes with a 2-year guarantee.
