Satreda is a dynamic startup dedicated to advancing lipid nanoparticle (LNP) technology for gene drug research, development, and production. We are currently working to develop innovative LNP solutions in two key areas: 1. Standardized LNP Carrier Tools: We aim to create ready-to-use, standardized LNP carriers designed for efficient RNA and DNA delivery, from in vitro cell transfection to in vivo animal studies. Our goal is to develop user-friendly technology that allows researchers to encapsulate trace amounts of RNA and DNA with ease, supporting a wide range of cell lines. We’re working towards a versatile system compatible with various RNA types and plasmid DNA (pDNA). 2. Proprietary Custom LNP Platform: Satreda is building a proprietary LNP platform based on a Quality by Design (QbD) framework to offer customized formulations tailored to specific needs. Our vision is to develop solutions optimized for targeted delivery to organs such as the liver, lungs, and skin, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and safety. This platform will be supported by independent intellectual property to ensure both innovation and reliability.
