Raise the awareness in the community. * Vision We are committed to excellence * Our Objectives The society aims to achieve the following objectives: - Develop professional thinking in the field of orthodontics and promote scientific and professional practices. - Provide the chance to all orthodontic professionals to participate in the scientific advancement of the field and become familiar with all new evidence based mechanics - Facilitate the exchange of scientific and professional information between the society and various institutions inside and outside the Kingdom. - Provide consultations and perform studies that will promote the level of orthodontics in different medical organizations. - Cooperate with the Ministry of Health and the Saudi Council for Medical Specialties, in outlining the standards of practice of orthodontics and taking part in supervising and maintaining an acceptable standard of patient care. - Participate in raising the overall public awareness regarding orthodontics. The society realizes its objectives described by applying all appropriate means in particular through the following activities:- - Holding conferences, symposiums and seminars to explore the issues related to orthodontics. - Performing researches in areas of orthodontic interest and related sciences and encourage such efforts. In addition the society shall also encourage the publication, distributions and the exchange of results of the said research of the concerned organisation.
