Our goal is to have a fully employed, skilled workforce, and to that end, we help job seekers find the tools to build their careers, and we work with businesses to hire quality employees. WorkLink funds programs for adults, dislocated workers, youth, and supports employers through On-the-Job and Incumbent Worker Training programs. Core Purpose – We strive to improve the workforce and the quality of life in Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens Counties by being the vehicle for workforce development in Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens, South Carolina. 1.
