At The Scaling School, our mission is to empower startup teams, equipping them with the necessary tools and skills to find solutions and drive positive change. Our toolkit Scaleup in A Box© allows startup teams co-create their action plans independently. The focus is on moving teams forward in 3-6 months steps, making it realistic and very hands-on to progress. Work starts by understanding and identifying the target dream customer, nudging teams in fast iterations to growth. As teams work together, everybody is onboarded at once, and implementation starts instantaneously, enabling a much faster pace! We want to change how startups are guided toward success. To us, this means team co-creation, flat hierarchies, trust, and transparency. Our mission is to give startup founders and teams the tools and skills needed to design their own scaling journeys according to their own values and terms, empowering them to find success and drive positive change.
