Energy poverty affects up to 125 million EU citizens and is growing as energy costs soar. SCEPA (Scaling up the Energy Poverty Approach) is tackling this issue by gathering effective local approaches and sharing best practices to create tailored solutions. Through a Joint Action Strategy and pilot programs, SCEPA aims to reach over 105,000 vulnerable households in the NWE region, making energy transition more just and inclusive.
