SWB is a learning community that is rethinking the educational paradigm. We work with innovative educators around the world to build, pilot and refine learning projects outside of the classroom. 1) Support: We support passionate educators and organizations working outside of the classroom with our 10+ years of experience, knowledge and networks. 2) Document: We document the discoveries of our learning partners, who are designing and delivering initiatives that transcend the traditional education system. 3) Share: We share the valuable experiences from these projects with a global network, so that together we can unlock the true potential of real learning We see education as a passionate journey towards a meaningful life, safer communities and more inclusive societies. We believe in education where success is defined beyond grades and degrees, and the unknown and failure are embraced as an integral part of the learning experience. We imagine learning spaces that generate love, justice & equality - the core building blocks of a peaceful and sustainable world.
