The Science Basement ry

The Science Basement is a group of scientists in training who are enthusiastic about communicating the work we do, and teaching others to do the same. We are based in Helsinki, Finland, and primarily produce works in English. Our goal is to provide an inclusive network and platform for scientists interested in learning science communication skills, with a particular focus on early-career researchers and trainees who are doing so for the first time. We hope to do this with projects and content that science fans are interested in seeing, and have fun at the same time! The Science Basement Ry is a registered nonprofit organization (rekisteriyhdistys) in Finland.
