SCOBY Collective is a Teal Impact Studio We are a collective of soulful humans working to create a fair future for everyone to live on a equally peaceful environment. Our team is dedicated to develop innovative and impactful projects that drive the growth and success. With our expertise and experience, we can provide guidance and support every step of the way, from ideation to execution. We aim to gather more than 150 organizations in various impact sectors to form a strong collective of thoughts leaders changing the paradigms in the Circular Economy, Seaweed industry, Food System, Healthcare Equality, Energy, Biomimicry and Social Equity. Scoby offers three ways to collaborate: venture building, fractional CFO, COO, CPO or CMO and mission-driven organization support. We change the way we work by adopting teal principles based on the following pillars of self-management, wholeness and purpose. This means that everyone is considered equal and decision making is distributed among all the members. We leverage decentralized finance to involve everyone in our mission.
