Scribe has been operating as a wholly independent trade-publishing house for more than 40 years. What started in 1976 as a one-man band — with publisher Henry Rosenbloom’s desire to publish ‘serious non-fiction’ — has turned into a multi-award-winning company with more than 25 staff members in two locations — Melbourne, Australia and London, England — as well as a scout in New York, and a dedicated publicity and marketing team on the ground in the US. We love what we do, and we hope you will, too.
